Gym Negative Influence on People Body

The exercise has ready been a common thing we do in the society. Exercise has plenty of benefit to people. Exercise not only can strengthen people body and increase body function but also seems to have a lot of effect of releasing pressure. Therefore, more and more people decide to go to the gym and take exercise every day. However, the thing will develop in the opposite direction when they become extreme. If people take excessive exercise every day, that will have some bad influence on people and people will get some bad things instead of benefit. There are two negative things when people take excessive exercise, which will increase the rate of heart disease causing death and that probably reduce body function.

A regular and suitable exercise is good for people’s body. However, if the exercise beyond the limit or is too much, that will damage people heart. “Too much” is different to the uncommon people. Some people take exercise that is suitable for them. That will have a good influence on people in health. However, some people take exercise is beyond their ability, which will destroy their body. For example, the ultra-marathons, some professional people run a long distance, but they will be okay because they already have suited to that. Other people take some distance running, but that will damage them and increase the risk of death. According to Shira Polan, Endurance puts forward extreme requirements for cardiovascular system. Repeated extreme exercise can 'reshape' the heart, thicken muscle walls and scar tissue. Therefore, people should take that exercise that is suitable to them, otherwise, that will have a terrible result to them.

Some people take exercise for every day and insist that in order to get a perfect body. Therefore, some people want to get perfect as much as possible. They go to gym everyday and take exercise far beyond they can do. According to Bruce Y. Over excessive exercise also has decreased people regular life. There are a lot of people think that the exercise can help them enrich them and make them energetic in their workplace, at the same time, that will they fall asleep. In fact, some people feel very tired and sleep, but they still are hard to fall asleep. According to Ben Greenfield, Adrenals produce hormones like noradrenaline. If the intensity and frequency of stress become too high, the adrenals will start to fail, and the hormones they produce will fail, leading to serious imbalance, which may lead to problems such as female estrogen advantage or testosterone deficiency. That will lead people to be very tired no matter how much exercise they do and indirectly impact people work efficiency. Some people who take the exercise all the time that will lead them to be additive and lose the control. Once they stop to take exercise , and they will feel quite sad and depress. According to Ben Greenfiled, Continuous exercise makes the body produce endorphins, hormones that are chemically similar to morphine, so for many people, compulsive exercise makes the mind addicted.

Although taking exercise is good for people with body generally, the excessive exercise is not a good idea for strengthening the body. If people take undue exercise all the time, that will not only cause damage body but also reduce body function. Therefore, people should do exercise rationally.
