So, anyone who sleeps less than seven hours is probably at risk of face sleep deprivation. However, older adults need as much sleep as younger adults because the problem is that their ability to sleep is disrupted. And it is not that they need less sleep so that is an important issue to get at least seven to eight hours sleep. if we get less sleep then seven hours then maybe setting ourselves up for sleep deprivation which is effects on health. If we are getting enough good quality sleep at the right time can helps to protect our mental health, physical health, quality of life and safety. And the during sleep, our body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain our physical health, and if we are getting good sleep it helps us to control our weights, and it helps us to strengthen our learning memory, so keeping up with sleep may help to fight cancer.
