  • B1 (Thiamin) – mainly in grains
  • B2 (Riboflavin) – mainly in grains
  • B3 (Niacin) – mainly in meat
  • B5 (pantothenic acid) – mainly in meat
  • B6 (Pyridoxine) – mainly in soy products
  • B7 (Biotin) – meats and fruits
  • B9 (Folic acid) – vegetables
  • B12 – fish as well as dairy products
  • C – fruits from the citrus family (lime, orange, lemon).

  • Vitamin A

Vitamin A is mostly good for the visionary organs. Lack of it can be reason to night-blindness and dry cornea

  • Vitamin C

This is one of the most commonly talked about vitamins. Vitamin C usually associate a plethora of health benefits of one’s skin. Therefore, it is in the forefront of vitamins for skin.

  • Vitamin D

The only Vitamin whose main source would be something that is not orally consumed. You can get the most vitamin D by getting exposed to the morning sun.

  • Vitamin E

This is really important for newborns as well as patients of degenerative calcium disorders.

  • Vitamin K

This has more to do with the healing wounds and stopping unwarranted blood flowing.
